Writing Prompts: The Flipside

One of my favorite comic strips to read was The Far Side by David Larson. This is because I am attracted to things that deviate from the norm and I find the absurd insanely amusing.

With today’s writing prompts, we are going to take a trip down the rabbit hole and explore a world where in is out and left is right.

1. Explore a world where humans are kept as pets and there is a “Human Catcher” who picks up those who wander around with no tags.

2. A world where god is trying to decide if we are real or if we are a figment of his imagination.

3. A world where aliens tell each other horror stories of human invasions.

4. A world where a human is convicted of killing a robot.

5. A world where people complain about the news only showing the good things that happen in the world and none of the bad.
